Executive Director Of Gender Equality Law Center (“GELC”) is a not for profit law firm and advocacy center whose mission is to breakdown systemic barriers based on gender bias and stereotyping that limit opportunities for individuals to succeed both in the public and private sectors.

Conduct sexual harassment prevention trainings. Providing knowledge of legal rights to be free of sexual harassment, assault and other abuses such as intimate partner violence, it will empower folks to secure and remain employed, locate and stay in housing and navigate the shelter system.  GELC’s anti sexual harassment training usually takes place in groups of 10-30 with two trainers, involves interactive role play and scenarios and focuses on how individuals can best protect themselves from sexual harassment and violence through knowledge of their legal rights.
